Getting Back In Shape With The Perfect Pushup
March 16th, 2008 | by admin |There was a time when I used to do lots of push ups. I would frequently do over 100 push ups in a single workout. However, that time was a number of years ago already. When I was in college and high school, I was in great shape. Now, I would guess that I haven’t done a total of a100 push ups in the past year.
At the ripe old age of 29 years old, I must admit that I am not the picture of fitness that I once was. Although I do try to take care of myself and watch what I eat, there is not always time to exercise like I should. Most of my time is busy working, taking care of my family and with other obligation related to being an adult.
However, I recently saw the an infomercial advertising the Perfect Pushup and decided that I missed the old feeling of being strong and fit and decided to see if I start turning back the clock a little. (Yes, I realize that I’m not even thirty yet and my gut still hasn’t gotten too big, but I also know that I start to huff and puff after a few flights of stairs and my back hurts when I sit in front of my computer for too long (or even lie in bed too long for that matter)).
So, I recently purchased the Perfect Pushup and decided to see if it was everything that the infomercial claimed it was. At only $39.99, it wasn’t a huge investment either. I will also do my best to record my thoughts of the Perfect Pushup as well as my progress with it here on this blog. I hope that yo will find my reviews helpful and that they will push me to continue exercising and hopefully to start doing some cardio workouts soon too. If you’ve tried the Perfect Pushup (or even if you haven’t), feel free to leave comments and let everybody know what you think.
